Ingredients

Long-grain brown rice or brown basmati or jasmine rice – Chopped fresh cilantroFresh lime juiceExtra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil – Sea saltWater

First, rinse the rice in a fine mesh strainer. Next, combine the rinsed rice, water, and olive oil in a pot and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 45 minutes.
