Oat Milk Chia Pudding is a healthy breakfast or snack high in fiber. If you love chia pudding and wondered if you can use oat milk for chia seed pudding, you certainly can!
Add chia seeds, oat milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a small bowl.
Stir together, then pour into two mason jars and close the lids.
Then place the chia pudding in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Once you are ready to eat, add the fruit of your choice and enjoy!
