Ingredients –  Ground flaxseed meal Unsweetened almond milk Maple syrup Vanilla extractToppings – Add your favorite nuts, fruit, peanut butter, almond butter, granola, or yogurt!

First, add the ground flaxseed, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a small bowl. Mix the ingredients.

Then pour the mixture into individual containers or mason jars and refrigerate covered with a lid or plastic wrap for 1 hour or overnight.

Then, once you are ready to serve, add your favorite toppings, such as fruit, yogurt, nuts, or granola.
