Tasty Chocolate Chip Baked Oats are the most delicious way to have oatmeal. Baked oatmeal makes a great breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Ingredients

– Rolled oats  - Light brown sugar   - Salt – Baking powder – Cinnamon  – Chopped walnuts  – Eggs – Unsalted butter  – Milk  – Applesauce – Vanilla extract – Chocolate chips

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients, the oats, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and walnuts.

Then, mix the wet ingredients, which is the eggs, melted butter, milk, applesauce, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.

Then you will pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, (oats) and stir together.

Pour the oatmeal mixture into the pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, just until the sides begin turning golden brown.

Remove the baked oats from the oven and cool for 15 minutes before serving. Then cut into squares.
